This is just appalling distasteful ignorance at it's worst! Coming from the right wing news channel Fox News I come to expect a certain level of ignorance but this is just fucking ridiculous! I hope Greg Gutfeld host of Red Eye get's the axe and some other heads role and that the record will be set straight! Canadians have been fighting & leading the war in Afghanistan longer than any other country and we have sacrificed many great men & women who have fought so hard and given their lives in the process and those fallen Canadian soldiers do not deserve this kind of disgusting ignorant coverage!

Note that Canadian Defence Minister Peter MacKay has just demanded an apology from Fox News. In an interview with CTV Newsnet, MacKay expressed his anger over the comments: "It's crass, it's insensitive, it's in fact disgusting given the timing where Canada is just receiving back four fallen heroes." Friday, four Canadian soldiers were killed in two separate IED blasts that injured another five soldiers. The deaths bring the total number of Canadian soldiers killed in Afghanistan to 116.

Apparently Greg Gutfeld has issued a half assed apology for "some" of his choices of words but still defends his show and his opinions of Canada and our Military.
Pfffft give me a break this situation still needs some serious intervention preferably even a statement from the White House showing support and gratitude for what our Canadian troops are doing in Afghanistan would suffice.
